At the time, our client wanted to be independent of telematics providers to avoid the risk of technical failures with the telematics units or connection problems.

Without technical systems, the risk of technical failures is reduced, and clear rules along with centralized management keep the process streamlined and efficient. The AZOWO Mobility Cloud makes it easy to book vehicles by class with automatic vehicle assignment. The standardized pickup and drop-off stations further simplify the process. All bookings are clearly organized by status—from reservations to active and completed bookings to cancellations. Bookings are checked in and out manually.
