    Our customer uses the AZOWO Mobility Cloud in the company CI to view and manage all important information relating to the vehicle fleet and pool vehicles in real time. Our intuitive SaaS application is successfully used here without the associated app. Administrators and users can access the portal flexibly from any device with internet access, without any installations by the in-house IT system administrator. All relevant key figures and trends are visible to the administrator at a glance, allowing you to react quickly to changes and take immediate action.

  • Without telematics

    It is also possible without telematics connections. Fleet management without telematics offers a number of advantages that can be important depending on the company's situation and requirements. Without telematics, there are no costs for hardware, software and installation, which reduces the burden on the fleet. Implementation is simpler and faster as no technical expertise is required, which reduces the administrative workload. At the time, our customer demanded independence from telematics providers in order to avoid the risk of technical failures with the telematics boxes or connection problems.

  • Key issue

    Traditional key management via employees at the company gate offers direct, personal control and provides security, as keys are only handed over to authorized persons. The process is simple, requires no training and can react flexibly to special requirements. Without technical systems, the risk of technical failures is reduced, and clear rules and central management keep the process lean and efficient. Administrative effort is minimized and operations run smoothly.

  • Booking platform

    The AZOWO Mobility Cloud makes it easy to book vehicles by class with automatic vehicle allocation. The standardized pick-up and drop-off stations further simplify the process. All bookings are clearly organized by status - from reservations to active and completed bookings to cancellations. Bookings are checked in and out manually.
