Driver's license check

The AZOWO Mobility Cloud enables individual requirements and use cases to be mapped for each customer. Various control methods such as scanners, apps, RFID, EasyCheck Edding, or manual checks by a responsible person can be flexibly combined and used depending on the situation, creating the optimal solution for every requirement. Different requirements of different locations or user groups can also be mapped. All checks are documented in a legally compliant manner, including the name of the inspector, date, and result, and the driver qualification certificate (FQN) can also be stored.

Digital fine management

In the event of violations and fines, drivers are identified in the system, the document is assigned, and can be automatically forwarded to the relevant authority. In the future, fine processing will be simplified by AI document management. If necessary, a user score can be introduced. This records repeated misconduct, assigns points, and triggers automatic warnings to the driver when defined limits are exceeded. The history of all violations, measures, notifications, and suspensions is documented in full.

Tax-compliant logbook

The digital logbook automatically records all trips, documents them in a manner compliant with tax office requirements, and significantly reduces manual effort. Business and private trips are clearly separated, errors are minimized, and tracking is simplified. Pool vehicles and company cars can be accurately evaluated and billed in a legally compliant manner.

Driver training Accident prevention regulations

Up-to-date instruction and training with DEKRA ensure the safe operation of all vehicles and fulfill the company's duty of care. The teaching material covers all relevant topics in accident prevention regulations. Mandatory courses such as UVV examinations can be defined for drivers and scheduled automatically. The implementation is documented so that the operational control obligation is fulfilled in a legally compliant manner and employers can prove the traffic and occupational safety of their commercially used vehicles.
