Clear Dashboard

An intuitive dashboard for daily fleet management displays all key data at a glance. The dashboard automatically consolidates data from various sources and visualizes relevant real-time metrics for definable categories and time periods. This gives you a quick overview, allowing you to identify trends, respond to changes, and take immediate action. Key metrics, reports, and processes can be flexibly configured to achieve maximum efficiency. Clear visualizations with time-based data provide clarity and support informed decision-making.

User Roles

User management in the AZOWO Mobility Cloud enables centralized control of roles, permissions, and user profiles for greater control and transparency in the fleet. Users can be validated, edited, locked, or deleted. Admins manage master data, create individual permissions, and assign user groups to cost centers, vehicles, stations, rental types, and access types. Roles such as Super Admin, Admin, Driver, and Service define user permissions. User groups allow settings and permissions to be applied in a targeted manner.

Types of Use

Vehicles in the fleet can be assigned to vehicle types such as passenger cars, trucks, or bicycles. In addition, the usage type determines the intended purpose, such as a company car, pool vehicle, or car-sharing vehicle. Vehicle classes play a central role, particularly in pool and car-sharing operations. For each class, individual booking parameters—such as price lists, charging times, or buffer periods—can be configured. This creates a flexible system that precisely accommodates different requirements and usage scenarios while managing the use of the entire fleet in a structured and transparent manner.

Vehicle File

The Car Dashboard clearly displays all relevant information about a vehicle. A quick-access feature allows you to directly access and manage the subpages of the vehicle file. A detailed vehicle history permanently documents all actions in the respective file. Changes such as creating, deleting, updating, or uploading are recorded with a unique ID and are clearly assigned to a specific user and time. This ensures complete documentation for every vehicle in the fleet.

Overview of the Holding Company and Client Structure

With the AZOWO Mobility Cloud, corporate divisions, business units, and entire holding structures can be created and managed individually and independently of one another. Individual clients and sub-clients can be set up under a super-admin when using the white-label module and the company’s own server infrastructure. A clearly defined permissions and roles framework ensures clear responsibilities, security, and efficient processes. The right software structure supports digital transformation in the fleet and ensures that business units can be managed independently, transparently, and professionally.
