AI document management and FlexxDoc

The AI-supported module automatically captures, classifies, and stores documents. Relevant fields from invoices, registration certificates, fine notices, and other document types are recognized, extracted, and sorted into the appropriate files. The extracted data and documents can be edited within the process, ensuring flexible, efficient, and transparent management of all documents. With the FlexxDoc module, individual forms, protocols, and contracts can be uploaded as templates so that they can be quickly and easily filled in with data from the AZOWO software.

Management of fuel, parking, and charging cards and charging log

Manage all fuel, parking, and charging cards centrally, in a structured and error-free manner, in one place. Thanks to integration with ryd, digital fuel cards can be used directly via the AZOWO driver app at over 8,000 gas stations in Europe. Receipts and paperwork are eliminated, and transactions are recorded automatically. The digital charging log for electric vehicles records every charging process, distinguishes between private and business charging, and creates receipts for electricity charged at home. Every month, the fuel card provider automatically uploads the fuel data to the system and assigns the costs and mileage to the vehicle.

Digital claims management

The solution efficiently records and manages damage claims and breakdowns. Live status updates and digital damage files allow you to keep track of all processes at all times. Damage can be reported by the user at any time via the app or web portal, tasks can be managed efficiently, and costs can be analyzed at the driver and vehicle level. Integration with motum also allows you to use a full service and damage claims processing.

Procurement process and car configurator

The individually configurable procurement process enables a standardized approach and prevents unnecessary processing steps. A one-time defined structure determines the process for each procurement and ends with the activation of the vehicle in the inventory. With the AZOWO Car Configurator, guidelines can be mapped and preselected vehicles made available to selected user groups. This ensures that employees can only configure and order vehicles that comply with internal specifications. This reduces sources of error, speeds up approval processes, and ensures greater transparency and efficiency in vehicle procurement.

Communication management

The platform enables efficient communication within the fleet via chat, email, and push notifications. Drivers and administrators benefit from fast, smooth coordination. Customized language versions ensure that all users are optimally integrated. The modules improve collaboration, increase user satisfaction, and simplify processes, while information remains centralized, structured, and available at all times.

Driver and Admin App

The driver app bundles all relevant functions for managing the assigned company vehicle on mobile devices. Fuel, parking, and charging cards are stored with all important data, the mileage can be viewed and adjusted if necessary. Company contact information is available, damage can be reported directly, and driver training can be completed. Upcoming tasks are visible and can be created as needed, documents can be uploaded or accessed, and tires can be managed. The admin app enables the platform to be used on mobile devices such as tablets, supporting flexible, mobile fleet management.

Tire management

Tire management allows tire sets and tasks to be organized centrally and efficiently. Tire specifications are synchronized via DAT query, saving time and resources. Functions such as inventory management, assignment to the appropriate vehicle, status monitoring, cost management, and air pressure reminders increase safety, sustainability, and efficiency. Progress in procurement, installation, and disposal is clearly displayed, and current tire models can be selected from a drop-down menu.

Automatic tasks

Automatic tasks enable efficient planning, management, and monitoring of all processes in the vehicle fleet. These can be customized and triggered when a predefined value/event is reached. This means that they only need to be created once and further processes are triggered automatically. This is useful for preventing fuel card misuse and helps to reliably organize regular processes such as service appointments, vehicle cleaning, and tire orders.
