All relevant data can be individually evaluated, compared, and exported, while the TCO module clearly displays all costs. This allows companies to keep track of utilization, operating costs, and maintenance requirements and identify potential for increasing efficiency.

Customizable reports with report templates

All data recorded in the software can be comprehensively evaluated using the reporting function. Data points can be filtered, sorted, saved, and exported as CSV or XLS files. Reports can be created once and sent automatically at intervals of your choice, such as daily or weekly. In addition, reports can be stored on an SFTP server for long-term analysis. Templates for different categories such as users, vehicles, CO2 reports, or TCO overviews are available for new reports, allowing evaluations to be created quickly and customized individually.

Total Cost of Ownership Overview

The TCO module centrally records all fleet costs, from acquisition and operation to depreciation, and presents them in a clear overview. Cost items are consolidated from various data sources, creating a uniform cost picture for each vehicle. Comparisons between clients, manufacturers, or cost centers can be created. Monthly overviews highlight trends, seasonal patterns, and irregularities. The centralized display of all relevant cost factors enables the identification of potential savings, budget compliance, and a well-founded cost analysis for fleets of all sizes.
