The car sharing software supports various payment options, including PayPal, Stripe, and PayOne, for processing reservations and rentals. Users can select their preferred payment method during the booking process. With PayPal, they are redirected to the login page to enter their email address and password. Stripe payments require a separate account and contract, which is integrated into the system via tokens. Stripe Billing also enables invoicing. PayOne also requires a separate account and contract. All payments are processed securely and integrated into the car sharing system.

Integration partners enable keyless vehicle access via telematics solutions. With the help of Witte:digital and the flinkeybox, vehicles can be opened via an app. With Masunt and Traka, keys are managed electronically. Access rights are checked, removals and returns are logged and are possible at any time. Electronic key safes also offer secure storage and handover with individual authorizations and complete documentation. All systems are seamlessly integrated into the AZOWO Mobility Cloud via API.

The scheduling feature enables a transparent and predictable display of vehicle utilization and provides a central overview of vehicles, rentals, stations, and other relevant data. Integrated links allow efficient navigation between the rental, vehicle, and user areas. All rental statuses, including active, planned, completed, overdue, or with vehicle allocation problems, are clearly displayed. Extensive filter functions by station, vehicle class, rental station, and other categories allow for targeted analysis. In addition, time periods such as day, week, month, or individually defined periods can be selected so that only relevant information is displayed at any given time, supporting informed decisions in fleet management.
