Process

The vehicle class-based algorithm automatically assigns suitable vehicles to routes and drivers and optimizes vehicle utilization. Bookings can be made via the web or via the app. Vehicles can be filtered according to individual equipment, which is displayed during the booking process. Multiple vehicles can be booked in groups without additional effort. Specific vehicles can be selected from the pool and reserved in advance for defined periods, supporting planning and flexibility in fleet management.

  • Automatic vehicle allocation

    The vehicle class-based algorithm automatically assigns suitable vehicles to routes and drivers, ensuring optimal use of the fleet. Bookings can be made via the web or app, vehicles can be filtered according to individual specifications and even selected specifically from the pool. Multiple vehicles can be booked in groups without any additional effort.

  • Flexible booking rules

    Cross-company conditions such as minimum and maximum rental periods, intervals between bookings, or restrictions for workshop appointments can be set individually. Queries can also be defined for each vehicle class before the start or end of the rental period in order to flexibly adapt the booking processes to the requirements of the company.

  • Reservations & Series Bookings

    Vehicles or vehicle classes can be reserved exclusively for defined user groups. Series bookings make it possible to automatically schedule recurring appointments at fixed intervals, making regular bookings easy and reliable.

  • Dispositionsübersicht

    Alle Buchungen werden übersichtlich nach Status, Reservierungen, aktive, abgeschlossene oder stornierte Buchungen, dargestellt. Eine separate grafische Dispositionsansicht lässt sich individuell anpassen, um die Übersicht zu maximieren und Planung sowie Steuerung des Fuhrparks zu erleichtern.

  • Service and additional functions

    Vehicles can be reserved for maintenance, service trips, or specific user groups, allowing additional fleet management requirements to be directly integrated and organized.

  • Station and sharing management

    Permanently assigned parking spaces for cars, e-bikes, e-scooters, and cargo bikes are supported. In addition, individual station fees, such as at airports, can be integrated into the pricing structure. The module supports both private and public sharing and simplifies the management of multiple locations.
