AZOWO Annual Review 2025
It's almost time: 2025 is coming to an end. And in the age of Spotify Wrapped, we too want to look back on the AZOWO year. It has been a year full of milestones: AZOWO celebrated its 10th anniversary, launched numerous new features, grew even closer as a team, and forged valuable partnerships. The absolute highlight: our first AZOWO NEXT Day! We have reviewed the year and want to share it with you. Enjoy reading!
Numerous highlights in the AZOWO Mobility Cloud
In addition to ongoing developments, there were several notable highlights in the AZOWO Mobility Cloud in 2025. The new TCO overview centrally bundles all relevant cost factors from various data sources, enabling informed decisions. Fleet Plug@Home will be fully developed in 2025 and ready to launch in 2026: the platform enables home charging directly via vehicle data without additional hardware. Drivers can charge flexibly at home via an app or the web and use their own electricity tariff. AI document management automatically reads and assigns over 36 different document types with 96% accuracy.
A lot has happened in the area of vehicle booking: the vehicle class-based booking algorithm automatically assigns vehicles, routes, and drivers. The new equipment filter enables individual filtering, and group booking allows several vehicles to be booked at the same time. The digital logbook records all trips automatically and in accordance with tax office requirements.
The Flexx-Docs module brings even more automation: self-created Word documents are automatically filled with data from the AZOWO platform. The car dashboard shows all relevant vehicle data at a glance and visualizes the life cycle of each vehicle in a timeline.
The platform is completely barrier-free. The digital assistant AI-Alex provides product explanations and guides you step by step through the platform.
Business milestones and partnerships
2025 was also a special year for the company. AZOWO celebrated its 10th anniversary. In an interview, Patric Schneider looked back on the early days and recounted how it all began. Another milestone: AZOWO is now ISO/IEC 27001 certified, underscoring its commitment to maximum information security.
The product and price packages were completely revised. In line with the motto “more performance, lower price,” customers now have three modular solutions with flexible pricing models at their disposal. The new AZOWO guide takes you through the introduction of fleet management software in 12 steps and answers the 50 most important questions. With the help of the new AZOWO ROI calculator, individual cost and time savings can now be calculated in order to optimize the vehicle fleet in 2026.
Towards the end of the year, the easycheck product was acquired from edding. AZOWO now offers five freely combinable control mechanisms for driver's license checks. Five new employees have joined the team.
There have been many developments in terms of partnerships: AZOWO is strengthening its all-in-one platform concept with Bosch, ryd, Adapt2Move, and VGT. The ryd integration enables refueling, charging, and washing via the AZOWO app. Adapt2Move offers flexible access to external offers in the area of rental cars and car sharing. VGT intelligently optimizes charging processes. Bosch L.OS makes vehicle data from over 15 manufacturers accessible and enables data-based decisions.
Team work makes the dream work
Just like the company, the team has grown, not only in size but also in cohesion. Numerous events have contributed to this: a joint marketing workshop, a visit to the Schützenfest (marksmen's festival), or a cozy evening at the Vinotheum. A special highlight was the 10th anniversary celebration. In no time at all, the office was transformed into a party location, and we celebrated together into the night.
Since the beginning of the year, we have been taking a whole day once a month to discuss a special topic that requires our collective knowledge. At AZOWO, everyone is up for a good time: we ring in the weekend together on Fridays with a Friday Beer, and the team has also appeared in front of the camera for a few funny Instagram videos.
You can now get to know the entire team on our new About Us page!
Networking and customer exchange
Networking was a key focus this year. To advance the platform, communication with users is essential. Customers repeatedly asked: How are others doing it? The answer: the first AZOWO NEXT Day. A day full of valuable exchanges, where customers could network and learn about real use cases from everyday fleet operations. A complete recap of the event can be found here.
Since the middle of the year, the AZOWO newsletter has been reinforcing the NEXT concept (Networking, Experts, Xperience, and Talks). It pursues the same goal: connecting customers and informing them about platform innovations and current industry topics.
Networking continued at trade fairs, where numerous discussions were held and the platform was presented live. Since this year, we have been offering customer workshops to better understand needs and ensure a smooth start.
AZOWO went on tour twice: New projects were discussed together at Munich Airport. Highlight: Driving across the runway! At the EnBW Roadshow, we gained valuable insights into the practical use of e-mobility. What challenges do users experience in everyday life? These insights help us to develop even closer to real needs.
Prospect
2025 was a year full of development, growth, and valuable encounters. We look back with gratitude and look forward to everything that 2026 will bring. Thank you to all our customers, partners, and the entire AZOWO team for this special year!
