AZOWO Expands its All-in-One Platform with Operational Fleet Management Expertise
AZOWO customers can now transfer operational fleet management tasks to onsite fleet management on a modular basis via the AZOWO Mobility Cloud
Biberach, May 20, 2026 – Anyone who manages their fleet using the AZOWO Mobility Cloud has everything at a glance: vehicles, costs, processes, and drivers. What was missing until now was the ability to outsource operational tasks without losing track of the big picture. That is changing now: AZOWO announces a partnership with onsite Fleetmanagement, an experienced fleet management service provider based in Hamburg. Since onsite operates directly on the AZOWO Mobility Cloud, data, processes, and communication integrate seamlessly. Customers thus receive not only a digital platform but also, when needed, direct access to experienced fleet management specialists.
Operational support directly within the platform
The key advantage of the partnership lies in the shared technological foundation. onsite Fleetmanagement operates directly on the AZOWO Mobility Cloud, without additional systems, interfaces, or data silos. This eliminates the need for duplicate data maintenance and additional coordination efforts between the system and the service provider. All processes remain entirely within the platform and are transparent and traceable for customers at all times. Customers retain full control over which areas they manage themselves and which onsite handles.
A service that adapts to your needs
In the future, AZOWO customers will be able to specifically transfer individual areas to onsite, including claims management, tire management, inspection and maintenance, new car orders, vehicle returns, and communication with leasing companies and dealers. Companies can flexibly decide which processes to manage internally and which to outsource to onsite without having to change existing systems or workflows.
The partnership is designed to be modular. Customers who are already well-positioned can turn to onsite on an as-needed basis, such as during periods of increased volume or for specific issues. Customers seeking a comprehensive operational solution can hand over their entire fleet to onsite, while all data and processes remain in the AZOWO Mobility Cloud.
An ecosystem that truly covers everything
Today, fleet management means more than just managing vehicles. Vehicle procurement, claims management, tire management, and lease management: requirements are becoming more diverse, and with them, the system landscape often does as well. The all-in-one concept of the AZOWO Mobility Cloud addresses this very need: instead of relying on siloed solutions, AZOWO seamlessly integrates the specialized expertise of leading partners onto a central platform. A solution that adapts to the customer’s needs, not the other way around. The partnership with onsite Fleetmanagement expands this approach for the first time to include an operational component: customers thus obtain not only the software but also the operational implementation directly through the same platform.
“The all-in-one concept has been part of our platform philosophy from the very beginning,” says Patrick Schneider, CEO of AZOWO. “With onsite, we can take this approach a step further: Our customers now have not only the best software for their fleet management, but also the right operational partner right at their fingertips.”
Marcus Kluck, Managing Director of onsite Fleetmanagement, adds: “Many companies today are looking not just for a software solution, but for a partner who can efficiently help manage operational processes. Together with AZOWO, we combine digital transparency with operational support, thereby creating a modern form of external fleet management.”
