More than just an assistant: Experience AI in your vehicle fleet live – Digital workshop on March 12
Artificial intelligence in fleet management—a promise that many make. But how does it work in practice? How can unstructured data be turned into a sound basis for decision-making? And how does AI manage not only to respond, but also to proactively suggest solutions?
On March 12, we will answer these questions live at the digital workshop "Megatrends Fleet 2026 - AI in the Fleet" hosted by Autoflotte. Marcel Kilbertus, Sales Manager at AZOWO, will show how AI can really take the strain off your fleet.
From unstructured data to usable information
Every vehicle fleet generates enormous amounts of data every day: vehicle data, leasing contracts, maintenance appointments, fuel receipts, damage reports. The challenge: this data is often unstructured, its quality varies, and there is no overview. Fleet managers are so busy entering data into the system that its quality is neglected.
This is where AI comes in: it performs precisely these repetitive tasks, prepares data, and collects and structures information automatically. What used to take hours is now done by the system in seconds. Maintenance appointments are monitored, MOT appointments coordinated, and documents automatically assigned. The operational relief gives fleet managers the necessary freedom to make strategic decisions.
Documents must not only be stored, but also understood. What is in a leasing contract? What information is contained in a workshop invoice? In the workshop, we show how AI-supported document management creates this basis. We explore the questions: Which data is really relevant? What role does it play in day-to-day administration? And how can it be structured and recorded in such a way that it can be used later?
The next level: The AI assistant
The next step goes even further: an AI assistant that answers specific questions about your individual fleet. While general AI assistants can only provide general information, AZOWO combines the intelligence of AI with the specific data of your fleet.
On March 12, we will showcase the AI assistant live and demonstrate how it provides concrete support in the fleet. You will experience how it has evolved from a simple data collector to a proactive partner, what functions the assistant performs, and how it offers real time savings and a sound basis for decision-making.
