  • Employees book vehicles via the web or app, and AZOWO’s vehicle-class-based algorithm automatically assigns the appropriate vehicle based on route, availability, and specific features. This makes double bookings a thing of the past. Users can book multiple vehicles at once, select specific models, and reserve time slots in advance.

  • Managing physical keys takes time and carries risks. AZOWO integrates various keyless access solutions: Vehicles can be unlocked using a driver app, via RFID or PIN-based key cabinets, or through telematics partners such as Witte:digital or Masunt. Access rights are automatically verified, and key pickups and returns are fully logged.

  • The scheduling view provides fleet managers with a complete overview at all times: which vehicles are booked, available, or overdue, and which rentals are active, scheduled, or completed.   • AZOWO unterstützt verschiedene schlüssellose Zugangslösungen: Fahrzeuge lassen sich per Fahrer-App, RFID oder PIN öffnen. Für Fuhrparks, die auf physische Schlüssel angewiesen sind, bietet AZOWO außerdem die Integration von Schlüsselschränken der Partner Traka, Masunt und Witte:digital an.
