How it works at a glance
- Vehicle setup & user registration
- The electric vehicle and the user are set up in the portal, or the user registers themselves – the vehicle is then linked to the user as a company car.
- Activating Plug@Home
- The Plug@Home function is activated via the web and app, after which the OEM data is checked to ensure correct data transmission.
- Automatic data transfer
- The vehicle automatically sends relevant charging data when the charge status changes: charging cable connected, kWh charged, charging time, battery level (directly via OEM interfaces from the manufacturer).
- Tariff selection & billing
- Users can choose between different tariffs (low tariff, maximum tariff) to benefit from cheaper night-time electricity tariffs. The data is automatically billed to the company.
- Digital validation & reimbursement
- Digital registration and validation prevent misuse, while automated reimbursement is transparent and traceable on a monthly basis, without any manual effort on the part of fleet managers.
