  • Driving license check via app

    Our photo check allows drivers to easily photograph their licenses via our smartphone app and submit them for verification via AI scan. Administrators can set automated reminders to ensure that the driver's license check is carried out regularly. This control function ensures that only authorized drivers can use the vehicles. We provide different storage concepts for the photo data.

  • Driver's license check via LapID

    Digital driver's license control via the proven service of our long-standing partner LapID with the aim of automatic, legally compliant documentation and allocation of control appointments. Drivers automatically receive appointments and reminders by e-mail, SMS or push notification. The fleet manager is automatically notified of the successful check.

  • Electronic driver's license check via FK scan

    Our electronic driver's license check guarantees authenticity verification using a duplex scanner from Hiepler + Partner. With the legally compliant FK scan, we check security features such as holograms, UV and infrared symbols. This solution is ideal for companies with multiple locations.

  • Manual driver's license check via an employee

    Our system allows the administrator to set the interval for the manual driver's license check and automatically informs users about upcoming checks. After the check, the administrator confirms the check in the system, which automatically documents the date and name of the person carrying out the check.
