In the case of collective invoices, the AI recognises all listed vehicles and automatically creates a separate document for each vehicle containing the respective individual costs, enabling precise TCO calculation without any additional manual effort. With violation management enabled, administrative offences are recorded directly as violations; the AI pre-fills all relevant information, checks for duplicates and assigns the correct driver. The extracted data and documents can be edited within the process, ensuring flexible, efficient and transparent management of all documents.
